SARS-CoV-2 qPCR Assays and Services for Covid-19
Our qPCR assays are used by large testing facilities and are designed to identify all Variants of Concern in combination with highly sensitive assays for conserved SARS-CoV-2 genetic loci, including the M-Gene.
Our assays are used by testing facilities in Germany and other EU countries. CE-label is available but for the most recent tests the CE-labelling procedure is still ongoing. Please contact us in case you need further information or would like to test our products for in-house verification.

NEW: PCR for Omicron Variant
Our VoXcreen and VoXident target an Omicron-specific mutation. Unlike “S-gene drop out” or “SGTF” (S-Gene target failure) our assay specifically identifies the Omicron VoC with a positive PCR signal. With our VoXcreen assay, Omicron and Delta Variant are directly determined during the screening PCR. This saves time and liberates urgently needed PCR capacities.
