5’mRNA Sequencing
5’mRNA sequencing aims at sequencing the 5′ ends of formally 7-methylguanylate capped mRNAs. We are proficent in all currently used 5′ Seq methods such as CAP-Seq, TSS-Seq and CAGE-Seq. We use our patented TrueQuant adapters for PCR bias identification and improved quality for the library generation. The methods principle is depicted below.
