TQ panRNA-Seq vs. small-RNA Seq
Small RNA from 5 different plasma samples was sequenced using GenXPro TQ pan-RNA-Seq and small RNA-Seq library preparation method, sequencing with 1x 75 bps, Illumina.
Sequencing depth: For the calculation of the intra-sample coefficient of variation, another dataset was used with only 3.5 M reads.
